On 27 September 2023, the team ‘Cyber Bondhu’, consisting of students from the Department of Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), RUET, emerged as the winner of the Digital Khichuri Challenge (Rajshahi Cohort) 2023, organized by UNDP Bangladesh. Competing against hundreds of teams, Cyber Bondhu showcased exceptional creativity, innovation, and dedication in developing solutions aimed at building a more inclusive society.
This achievement highlights the students' commitment to social impact and technological innovation, reinforcing RUET IPE’s tradition of excellence in problem-solving and community-driven initiatives.
